Please read these terms carefully before using Quevy. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quevy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Quevy is a platform that enables businesses, event speakers, and presenters to collect real-time audience questions, run interactive polls, and gather feedback from attendees. Features include Q&A management, group organization, poll creation, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@reviiew.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: post spam, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the platform; impersonate another person or entity; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (questions, poll responses, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Quevy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
Quevy integrates with third-party services including Google (OAuth sign-in) and Uploadthing (file storage). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Quevy name, logo, and all platform software are the intellectual property of Quevy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quevy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
